Ibanez JEM7VWH White with Vines.
Manufactured since 1993. This guitar was based on a Jem 77 FP back routed style body.  Steve received this guitar around the same time he got Evo and used both extensively. Flo was the first guitar he put a sustainer in and is the guitar used in the recording of “Whispering A Prayer”.

It was long believed that Flo was a repainted body, but recent inspections revealed that this guitar was never refinsihed in any way.

    Flo, pre-refinish was one of Steve’s main guitars during the Skyscraper tour in 1988. It also features in “Just Like Paradise” video along with the Heart guitar:
