It's a bonus track on TSOL in Japan, though I can barely find a copy to buy, let alone for a good price!
Will it ever be released as a Vaitune? I just want to hear it!

Same here.
I just can't believe there is a Vai song in the world that I never heard yet ! :)
An official lossless download somewhere (HDtracks, Qobuz....) would be perfect !
