Hi guys!

Since so many Vai forum users got a Carvin Legacy amp I was curious to know how it sounds...

So everyone that made a sound clip, song, etc recorded with the Legacy...

There's this dude named Steve Vai. . .he has a few Legacys sitting around, and some pretty decent clips if I remember correctly. See what you can find on this guy.

In almost every song Vai uses a different sound and line up....

I mean much effects and stuff...

And when he's using his "VAI Sound" I won't hear anything new huh?

So I wanted to hear the amp in every different way...

Yes but I already heard the "Vai sound" of the legacy.. or a sound with much effects. now I just want to hear the sound of it in different ways WITHOUT effects you know.... thats why I made this tread...

yup...thats me.......i get that comment alot! LOL :lol: i have another guitar in the works.......it another ibanez, but its a stripped down body so its a nice golden natural color, with a all gold hardware and a mirror gold pickguard..............................

kinda like vai's old "bad horsie" guitar before he switched to the chrome rock mirror bad horsie

ive also aquired a few new ones......a fender p-bass, and an ovation celebrity acoustic.......

the list will always continue to grow...........im a gear nut

Yes... in that song you actually CAN hear the sound of it totally clean without to much effects and stuff

Only thats not the only sound wich you can find in it

So thats why I made this topic
People use their amp in different ways...
