Great, could you post a link? I'm skeptical, as the Legacy II is pretty new.

The L3 is very real . . saw it today at NAMM
It's a "mini" 3-channel w. good tone & extra controls

Yep--got it now! Looks interesting, too. I especially like the green LEDs inside the chassis.
The 2x12 stack is different too. I have a legacy I. I will probably buy this one. I looks to cool.
Here's a link to the youtube page.

Tend to agree. Haven't heard what it sounds like yet (I'm at work!) but it certainly doesn't appeal to me looks-wise.lydian2000 wrote:yukk!
I wouldn't change my Legacy 1 for the world anyway.
Interesting to see that Steve has time to do his orchestral thing, construct a replica Evo, build a new amp........where's the damn album updates!!!!??????

Besides the looks--have you read the specs? It's got 2 channels of the Lecacy 1.Bryceybhoy wrote:Tend to agree. Haven't heard what it sounds like yet (I'm at work!) but it certainly doesn't appeal to me looks-wise.lydian2000 wrote:yukk!

I think it's actually a great amp. Looks like channels 1 and 2 share the EQ.
Definitely I love the size and the fact that it's a 100 watts amp. There is also a volum boost.
It's the perfect gigging amp for size and probably weight...

I watched the vid last night. Sounds pretty good, but I really don't hear much of a huge difference between that amp and the Legacy I. Maybe it's new features are a bigger seller but I wouldn't see the need to switch. Looks terrible though, really don't like that sort of squashed boutique look.
I'm sure Ibanez boffins were delighted when he said he didn't need a distortion pedal anymore. Very strange thing to say.

Not sure about the looks ...besides its what it sounds like thats the important thing.
I want to try one out soon as i find a dealer in the UK.
Just wish we could have heard it naturally without the Axe FX
