I know, I know....Stop looking at that dumb-ass add they got(The artist list for the Ultex picks are wacked, lol) and just try them out at your shop. Don't judge this book by its endorsers!!! These picks are really something different!

digitech Whammy?

Ok guys. I went to guitar center and tried out the Whammy pedal from digitech my friends keep telling me about. I see it all over the place, heavily endorsed by big players and all! Maybe I just didn't play with it long enough, but, I just couldn't see what the big deal is! It sounded like a digital...

Well Markelia.....The Sonic Maximizer corrects the phase between the high frequencies(where the harmonics are) and the low and mid frequencies. In laymens terms....It makes my little solid-state fender sound like a mesa boogie rectifier. I mean your can put your finger on the on/off switch and hit a...

Look...Go to your local guitar center and try them. They make them in the same gauges as the tortex so whichever one ...

Ok Listen.... My problem was that the thicker picks ARE faster but they lose that crispy snap! Well, I spent about two hours at the guitar center this morning bother the hell out of the employes trying out different picks and I found something........ The Ultex picks from dunlop. I noticed that though I am much faster and cleaner with the heavier picks, the thinner picks give me a brighter, crisper snap off the strings and is soo easy to pinch off harmonics. Plus ...

boss mesa

Somebody tell me alittle about the Boss GT-PRO and the Mesa simul 2:90 rack head. I have a chance to buy these together in a 4 slot rack. It almost looks like a head unit. It comes with all this: 1 mesa boogie simul class 2:90 rack with eight8 6L6's 2 Boss GT-PRO processor 3 Roland fc-200 foot contr...
