@Zeds.Ded I have video of Yngwie(don't know the name-just search youtube) where he specifically says scalloped frets won`t make you play faster that may be the same one I have. it was out of this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JyMX-aEegI8 @TRIDS: of course it´s preference, but it´s not easie...

Zed is right I don't know who scalloped your board NOT!!!, but the only guitar that I have ever played that plays lighter and faster then my scallop board is my JEM. lol, sure ! Well, the JEM is a non-scalloped guitar, and you say, that scalloped guitars play lighter and faster than non scall...

ive heard tones of Yngwie interviews and whenever he is asked why he uses scallops his main reason is that you can play very fast and use a very light hand because of them huh, really??? I have a video of Malmsteen, where he says the exact antonym. "Actually it´s harder to play on a scalloped fretb...

yeah, it´s just preference, how you´d like to bend. And someone who can´t play in tune because of too much pressureshould rethink his whole technique ;). I mean how can you ever play with your feelings, if you push it like hell? Just imagine your guitarneck was your friend (I mean YOUR friend ;)), y...

this means you can play very lightly and fast. huh??? Not really! A scalloped fretboard plays just like a normal fretboard, the only diffrence is, when you bend a note, you can go "under the string" with your finger, because there´s no wood, so you have a better grip while bending. If you ever play...

sorry, but everyone doing the right sports is slim in some kind of way. And some people are genetical assessed. And I don´t think you have to be slim only because you are vegetarian ;). In the Alien Love Secrets DVD Steve says, he´s jogging around in the Hollywood Hills. Jogging may be a good start...

I think sometimes this comes from people still beliving that Steves' sound come from his gear, it simpley doesn't. We and play his guitars, we can use his amps, but none of us will ever sound quite like he does for more than a nano second, because of the gazzillion other factors that make Steves' s...

I just wanna know what the secret of the cabinet is , not more, not less. There's no secret. Steve's just joking a...
