Next tour.. Bring back the Universe!

Would love to see steve bring back the Universe for the next tour. Perhaps the "For the Love of God" Universe like in the music video "Highly Strung" with Orianthi. I miss watching him play that guitar.

Dear Steve,

Your humbleness never ceases to amaze us. You're long overdue for a Grammy. By the way, hope Pink's performance didn't get you two wet.

Re: Twitter | stevevai: Last night played a Camp Freddie gig. M

yeah... Steve absolutely took that show to a whole other level... Wondering what the non-Steve Vai fans at the show thought of him that night after his performance... He pretty much tore that show apart.

I'm not saying I can't play by ear... To me it seems better to play a lead part over the rest of the arrangment to get the feel of the song. I have a good relative pitch but the program helps feel out my timing and practice the more challenging parts of a song by looping whichever part i want.

MYSONGBOOK.COM CONTROVSERY

What are your thoughts about the stuff thats going on with Mysongbook.com? I think its wrong to steal sheetmusic and everything but they need to resolve it with whichever companies are involved, because i have not seen a better program out there than Guitar Pro. You can mute the guitar parts and pla...

Windows to the Soul. I dont know why nobody brings this song up as much as it should be. It has to be at least one of the top 5 greatest Steve Vai songs.

while I personally wouldn't go to the extent as to buy everything that Steve Vai uses, I don't see a problem with someone who is fanatical enough to do so. More power to them. I just wouldn't keep all that equipment next to a glass door that someone could easily break into and take it. yeah... i'm ...

Birdman. Comparing the store I was at to the store you own or work at is like an ant to a human. Sam Ash is a nationwide megastore. Things are bound to go wrong. Thats why business should have insurance. People drop things unintentionally. I didnt walk into the store with a sledge hammer and started...

I didnt drop it. I put the guitar back up onto the hanger. A minute or two later it dropped. And whats with your tone? You're acting like it was your guitar... The reason why I posted this thread was to ask some knowledgable people (not talking about you here) that know some of the policies that a s...

He gets inspiration from Ivo Papasov and his Bulgarian Wedding Band. I think this has been discussed before. Do a search :D

Try listening to Armenian folk music. Or modern arabic, lots of twists and turns there.
