I'm sorry , you are right. On the parts ordering information page it says to contact the ibanez dealer in your country. You should be able to find that info on the Ibanez site. An alternative would be to contact Rich Harris at Ibanezrules.com, he has them for sure.

Try 3M rubbing compound. I used it to clean up a old fender Mustang. I'm going to use it to clean up the scratches on a used Jem FP I just got too.
