Laguna Guitars

These Lagunas look almost exactly like the short lived Brawley Guitars. Keith Brawley, formerly of Fender, designed these great value guitars and they were made in Korea. They were actually great guitars, especially for the small price tag. I'm not saying they're one and the same, but the resemblanc...

Violin Player

Steve, If you haven't found a violin player, check out David Ragsdale. He used to play with Kansas and is a fantastic musician. He can also shred on the guitar.

Please come to Salt Lake City... I'd be glad to give you a tour of Harman Music Group's facility.

I'll make this short: This was the best Vai show I've ever seen. (I've been to about eight or nine of his performances.) Despite the few techincal difficulties, which is almost always the case, the first show of any tour, it was a fantastic show! Thank you so very much, Steve. You guys have raised t...

junebughunter: you'll like the MOTU system. That's what is going to replace my Gadget-labs Wave 8*24, in the future. I'm still running a mac G3 with Cubase VST 32. It works fine for now, but i'll want to upgrade my entire system in the next couple of years.

Anthony is correct..... If you really want a reliable system, ie- not frustrating track losses, audio glitching, etc. Mac is the way. If you must use a PC, do not use the system for anything but audio recording. If you're going to work in the industry, get to know both systems, but really get to kno...

Vai Shows

All I can say is that I love everything Steve has done in all of the past shows, that I've seen, going back to Sex and Religion. We're all grateful just to have him come to Tucson and play for us. I think Steve should follow his heart, muse, whatever you want to call it. I know it's gonna kick ass. ...

Roadflare Red RG550

Nope, I do not have that particular RG. However, I have a 1987 Road Flare Red RG that's exactly like it...... for now anyway. She's going to be converted to a two Humbucker design with a natural Paua shell overlay(er... make that a "laminate") on the pickguard. Interestingly enough, Ibanez discontin...

Hi! and Thanks!

Hello Steve! I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate the guitar (boxed set Jem7V) I sent you a letter through Rich Pike, shortly after recieving it. (It was quite full of sappy, but heartfelt, deep thanks. I hope that didn't annoy you, 'cause I meant every word) :D . Having played her almost...
